Green Cylinders (redux)

The oxygen has been delayed. Kaiser won’t provide O₂ without a diagnosed need. The diagnosis is made through spirometry. Last I knew, my parents were talking about circumventing Kaiser and just buying it directly. This is probably the best course of action regardless, because given my father’s failing health, I am doubtful that he could sit through the procedure. I’ve had one myself, so I know what it entails.
